Mr. Leininger graduated Fordham Law School in 1974 with a rank of #1 in the entire Evening Division. He has been practicing law for over 31 years - the last 27 years concentrating on Divorce and Custody Matters.

Mr. Leininger is a member in good standing of the New York Bar, the New Jersey Bar, and the Florida Bar, and is also admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.  He is a member of the Family Law Sections of the New York State Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association. Mr. Leininger is also a certified Divorce Mediator.  Erin K. Colgan, Esq. is a former Assistant District Attorney in Staten Island, where she specialized in Domestic Violence cases. She is admitted to both the New York and New Jersey Bars, and is a certified Divorce Mediator.
